How to Order Your Custom Wedding Dress Online in 3 Easy Steps!

Step 1 - Consultation & Quote

• Find your inspirations online through ieie bridal’s existing styles, pinterest boards, bridal blogs or bridal magazines and decide on what works best for you.
• Contact us via our online form below or email us with your dress ideas and preferences such as modesty requirements, fabric, neckline, and we’ll provide you with a quote.
• Our custom wedding dress starts from $399 and usually stays under $1000, however depending on the complexity and material requirements some quote can go above this range.
• Please include the following information when contacting us for a quote:

1. Pictures of your ideas
2. Your dress size (check our Measuring Guide and Size Chart )
3. Event Date
4. Preferred Budget

• You will also have the option of ordering a dress sketch prior to placing your dress order (typically around $50 - $80).

 

Step 2 - Order & Details Finalization

• Once you’re ready, your consultant will set up a listing for you to order.
• You will be guided step by step throughout your order process.
• You can pay in full or spread your payment into 2 – 4 payments with our easy payment plan.
• Your consultant will finalize and confirm measurements and details with you to make sure everything is covered prior to start working on your dress.
• Turnaround time is typically around 10 - 13 weeks but can vary depending on the complexity of your design and season.

Step 3 - Delivery & Unboxing

• It is recommended to leave around 1-2 months before your event date for any final alterations or changes needed.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your dress is shipped out to you.
• Delivery is typically around 2-5 business day within the U.S. and 1-2 weeks outside the U.S.
