For deposit of dresses that are not required to start immediately.
This is to guarantee a spot on our order schedule at a future date. Subsequent order that clashes with your order will be cancelled or turned down.
** Deposits are non-refundable if you wish to cancel your order at a later date.
Ordering Your Wedding Dress at Ieie's Dress
We understand how difficult it is to purchase your wedding dress online.
At Ieie's Dress Boutique, we will go through your order with you to make sure you are completely comfortable with your purchase.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a form to fill out, examples of information we need includes
- Size selection, if you're ordering a standard size dress (Size Chart), or
- Measurements, for made to measure dresses;
- Color of your dress (Color Chart)
- Any special notes or changes you want with your dress
Once you return the form, an agent will confirm all the dress details with you. Your dress will only be made after we confirm all the details with you.
Custom Designs
We offer custom design services.
If there's a dress you like and it's not on our website,
you're more than welcome to email us a picture of the dress for a quote.

Our custom dress service offers you full control over how your dress looks. We can help you customize an existing dress to your tastes with added sleeves, a more modest neckline, or other personalization options.

How to Purchase with Payment Plan?
Easy! Just enter the corresponding coupon code in the checkout when you order your dress.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours without any restocking fee if your order is not a rush order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will have the same restocking fee as a return. See our Return Policy here.
Can I use the payment for veils or other accessories?
You can use the coupon code for other orders, your order will be shipped after payments are fully paid.
Will Payment Plan delay my order?
Your order will not be delayed with the 50% payment plan, however your dress can only be shipped out for you once all your payments are paid.
Can I use payment plan on Custom Wedding Dress?
